Back in 2013 Monmo’s Chicken Delight  started from my passion for delicious food and succulent flavours. Coming from a family where hospitality means good food I wanted to recreate special flavours that you could take home and share with friends and family. I was inspired by my love for African chilli so we decided to develop a unique sauce for our special Peri Peri Chicken.
